We have a 30-Day service guarantee where there is no charge for any issue you may have from the date of your installation. After 30 days, any service issues due to Strada equipment or service remains free of charge. If the issue is due to non-Strada equipment or service, you may incur a service charge:

  • During Business Hours (8:00am to 4:00pm): $75
  • Outside of Business Hours (Mon-Fri 4:00pm-6:00pm; Saturday 1200pm-6:00pm): $150
    Service calls received outside of business hours or on holidays will be addressed the following business day.

    We’ll do our best to troubleshoot prior to sending a technician, but we may not know what the issue is until we arrive on-site. We will always do our best to communicate any potential costs to you.
