I've had Strada since it became available in my neighborhood. In 2 years we've had one outage that was resolved in minutes. I've talked to accounting, install and support, quality of response has been top notch each time and when I needed a new power cord for my modem, they made sure I was able to get a replacement from their office immediately! Highly impressed!
Very satisfied with the service. And good value with NO pricing gimmicks like other providers. 25% less expensive than previous provider also, and no yearly price increases.
Excellent high speed internet. Have not had a single problem since they installed. Contacted customer service for other reasons and they were very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things. Will stay with Strada.
It is so nice to work with a locally owned business that is doing an outstanding job of meeting the broadband needs of our rural community. I was one of the first to sign up for the new fiber internet and it has changed our lives. I now enjoy quality video meetings from home and the kids stream videos in every room of the house (sometimes at the same time) with no issues. The customer service is excellent. When I call, I love knowing that I'm talking with one of my neighbors down the street.
